Fitness Center

The CCBC Essex fitness center offers a wide variety of exercise and weight lifting options. From treadmills to free weights to a state of the art TRX Cross Core apparatus, you are sure to find the equipment that meets your wellness needs.

Access to the facilities is limited to CCBC Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni, and CCBC Photo ID is required at sign-in. Children are not permitted in the fitness center.

25: Aerobic Walking/jogging in gym or outside, integrated with resistance bands and mat exercises

27: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & mat exercises

 

July 9 & 11

9: Bosu Ball workout with alternating weights and mat exercises

11: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & mat exercises

 

July 16 &  July 18

16: Aerobic walking/jogging in gym or outside, integrated with FITT ball workout and mat exercises

18: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & mat exercises

 

July 23 & July 25

23: BARRE workout using discs, bands, and mat exercises

25: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & mat exercises

 

July 30 & August 1

30: Cardio kick boxing with mat exercises *Please take your ID card to the equipment room to get kickboxing gloves out.

1: Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights and mat exercises


 

These fitness sessions are “FREE” for faculty, staff and students!

CCBC Photo ID required at sign-in, students, faculty, staff, and alumni only

Please bring a towel and water to each session

Some sessions are outside or in the Fitness Training Center

Guidelines for participation are provided on you initial use of the facility
