Bio
Alexander was hired the Knights Head Athletic Trainer in the summer of 2021. Prior to joining CCBC Essex, she served as an Athletic Training and Early Intervention Specialist with ATI Physical Therapy (2019-2021).
A Maryland native, Alexander graduated from Seton Keough High School (Baltimore, Md.) in 2012 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology from Berry College (Mount Berry, Ga.) in 2016, where she was also a member of the Vikings women's lacrosse team. Alexander then earned a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Texas A&M University (College Station, Texas) in 2018. While at Texas A&M she worked with the Aggies' women's basketball and softball teams, along with the Corps of Cadets.
Throughout her professional career Alexander has worked at U.S. Lacrosse in Hunt Valley, Md. (2018-2019) and with the Connecticut Hammerheads of Major League Lacrosse (summer 2020).
Alexander is extremely familiar with the NJCAA, Maryland Juco and Region 20, as she was a three-sport student-athlete at Anne Arundel Community College (2012-2014). She participated in soccer, cross country and lacrosse. Alexander was a member of the Riverhawks 2013 NJCAA Women's Lacrosse national runner-up team and part of the 2014 squad that advanced again to the national semifinals.
She currently resides in Baltimore, Md. and is a fan of tailgating with friends before games and going for hikes.
