Bio

Josh Schelfe is a former Knight, having played at CCBC Essex from 2017-2022, serving as a team captain and earning NJCAA All-American honors. He continued his collegiate career at Limestone University before finishing at Lewis University, where he led the team in assists during the 2026 season and ranked among the NCAA Division II leaders in the category.

Prior to joining the Essex coaching staff, Schelfe coached with Inner Circle, the Maryland Lacrosse League, and Nationals Lacrosse Club, helping teams win multiple club tournament championships while working with youth and high school players. He earned his bachelor's degree from Limestone University and a graduate certificate from Lewis University.
