Title: Assistant Coach

Maiorana was hired by CCBC Essex Athletics as an assistant women's soccer coach in December 2017. Prior to joining the Knights' staff, she played four seasons (2012-2015) at Seton Hall University (South Orange, N.J.), an NCAA Division I program. In 19 games (12 starts), she had a 2.26 goals against average, tallied 38 saves and posted five shutouts. Maiorana also played for the Baltimore Bays under Charlie Myers and won six state cup championships.

She was a three-sport varsity letter winner at The John Carroll School (Bel Air, Md.) as a member of the soccer, basketball and track and field teams. As a four-year starter in goal, Maiorana finished her career ranked first in school history in starts (70) and in career save percentage, and ranked second in career goals allowed and third in saves.

She is currently the head coach for Pipeline 2010 Girls Black, coach at Dynasty Sports Academy and head coach of the Washington Spirit Soccer u11 Girls team. Maiorana will receive her E coaching license in January with a specialization in goalkeeper training.

Maiorana graduated from Seton Hall in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and special education. She currently resides in Baltimore, Md.
